Jennifer co-founded Holson Consulting and serves as Managing Director of the firm. Over the past 30 years, Jennifer has served as CEO, Board Chairman and/or senior executive of several highly successful medical device, and medtech companies. She has extensive experience leading high growth blue chip, mid-cap and venture backed startup companies. Jennifer's expertise is growing companies, executing operating plans, aligning sales and marketing strategies, turnarounds, new product launches, recruiting top talent, building, and developing high performing teams. As an experienced operator gives her a unique ability to understand and advice growing companies.

Scott Dodson, Managing Director

Scott co-founded Holson Consulting and serves as Managing Director of the firm. He has served as CEO, Board Member and/or senior executive at several highly innovative medical device companies. He has a passion for technology, and has spent over 30 years developing and leading high-end performing teams for major blue-chip organizations, mid-cap growth companies, and venture-backed firms. From working in the fast-paced and ever-changing market of medical technology, Scott has continuously separated himself from amongst his peers by helping companies create and execute a vision in domestic and international markets that has consistently enabled his businesses and clients to achieve success.
